Michael R. Limsky, Esquire
A business and tax attorney with more than 25 years experience, Mike Limsky has assisted hundreds of dentists with the acquisition and sale of their professional practices. Mike is also experienced with handling start-ups and buy-ins/buy-outs. Today, approximately 90% of Mike’s clients are dental professionals. Mr. Limsky has been recently named as a “Five Star Wealth Manager” by Baltimore Magazine.
Stacie M. Dowling, Esquire
Stacie M. Dowling, J.D. is a principal attorney with Willen, Limsky, Stampfer & Dowling, where she has been a vital member of the firm's healthcare transactions division since 2009. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law.
She focuses her practice on dental practice transitions, representing buyers and sellers in acquisitions, sales, startups, associate buy-ins, and related business transactions.
With extensive experience in commercial real estate, business contracts, and lease negotiations, Stacie provides practical, business-oriented counsel. She routinely advises clients including dental, medical, and veterinary professionals on legal and business considerations involved in buying, selling, and operating professional practices.
